Fraud Alert: Domain Registry of America

This is just a reminder to IGNORE any notices you receive from Domain Registry of America.

They send you a piece of very official looking postal mail that says your domain name(s) are about to expire. Then they proceed to tell you how to renew.

If you respond, you are essentially transferring your domain names from your current registrar to them FOR A MUCH HIGHER PRICE.

Click here to read more detailed information from a post I made in May.

I'll also put this information in a permanent place in the top navigation of this page for future reference under Consumer Alert.

Ciao for now, Paula
